Prof. Dr. Sheyla Blumen

In 2000 she received her PhD in Psychology from the Radboud University in Nijmegen in the Netherlands. She is Full professor and Main Researcher at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP), and author of numerous book chapters and scientific articles. Furthermore, she is specialized in working with highly able children, director of the foundation Future Minds and carries out consultancies for the Ministry of Education and institutions interested in the development of creativity and talent as a strategy for innovation and development.

  • Member of the board of directors of the Graduate School since 2015 until 2020.
  • Director of the Master of Psychology of PUCP since 2017.
  • Coordinator of the interdisciplinary research group Creativity, Technology and Talent, considered as Talent Point by the European Council for High Ability since 2004 until present.
